Molaundo Jones is a senior communications and marketing executive with more than a decade of experience advising institutional leadership, building high-performing teams, and leading integrated communications strategy for nationally recognized cultural and educational organizations.

He currently serves as Associate Director of Content Marketing at Morehouse College, where he advises senior leadership on institutional messaging and oversees content strategy for an audience of 400,000+ followers and subscribers. He is also the creator and professor of "Content Meets Creativity: The Artist's Guide to Social Media" at Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts.

Previously, as Senior Director of Communications & Partnerships at Art21 — the world's leading source to learn directly from the artists of our time — Molaundo led a communications team that grew the organization's global audience to more than 1.4 million followers while supporting the marketing of its Peabody Award-winning PBS series and its first artist-focused capital campaign. Previous roles also include Director of Marketing & Community Engagement at Flushing Town Hall, Communications & Resources Manager at the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable, and Multimedia Manager at Black Girl Ventures Foundation, where he led campaigns in partnership with Nike, Visa, PayPal, and the NBA.

Molaundo is the founder of The Clever Agency, a branding and content creation consultancy, and serves as President of the Board of Fourth Arts Block (FABnyc). He has served on grant panels for the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, Museum of Arts & Design, and Brooklyn Arts Council, and provides marketing and communications coaching through the New York Foundation for the Arts and Creative Capital Foundation. He is the author of Art & Algorithms: Marketing Strategies and Tools for Artists.
